IT Services Specific Terms
In these terms, “Aliancy Technologies”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Aliancy Technologies, an India-based IT and software development company. The following terms apply specifically to our IT services, projects, and client engagements:
1. Project Agreement & Acceptance
All projects are governed by a mutually signed agreement between Aliancy Technologies and the client. Work officially begins only after both parties approve the project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Project Initiation
Projects commence once the client approves the proposal and provides any necessary resources, access, or information required to start the work. We are not responsible for delays caused by late client input.
3. Initial Payment & Milestones
An initial deposit is required before starting any project. Subsequent milestone payments are defined in the project agreement. Payments should be made according to the agreed schedule. Work may be paused if payments are delayed.
4. Payment on Completion
The final project payment is due upon successful delivery of the agreed deliverables. No deliverables will be handed over until all payments are cleared.
5. Additional Services & Fees
Any additional requests, features, or add-ons beyond the original project scope will incur extra charges. We will provide a quote for such services, and work will proceed only after client approval and payment.
6. Project Deadline & Delays
Project timelines are estimated and documented in the agreement. We make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by client inaction, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party dependencies.
7. Client Payment Commitment Failure
Failure by the client to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services, delay of deliverables, or termination of the project. We reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts legally.
8. Protection of Project Identity & Confidentiality
All project-related information, designs, source code, and proprietary content are confidential. We ensure protection of client data and intellectual property. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality and not use any project materials without authorization.
9. Consulting & Advisory Charges
Consulting, advisory, or technical support beyond the agreed scope of work may incur additional fees. Charges will be communicated and invoiced separately, and work will proceed only after client approval.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the project or service agreement will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
