Introduction

At Aliancy Technologies, we understand that project plans and service requests may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients can cancel projects or services and any associated obligations.

Scope

This policy applies to all IT and software development services provided by Aliancy Technologies, including custom software, mobile apps, web development, consulting, and related services.

Cancellation Before Project Start

Clients may cancel a project before work begins. In such cases, any initial deposit paid may be refundable, minus administrative fees, as specified in the project agreement.

Cancellation After Project Commencement

If a client cancels a project after work has started, the following applies:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Clients may be liable for additional charges related to partially completed work or resources already utilized.

Service Subscription Cancellations

For monthly or ongoing IT services, clients must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Charges for the current period are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be communicated via email to support@aliancytechnologies.com.
  • Aliancy Technologies reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in case of client non-payment or breach of agreement, with applicable fees retained.
